Morrison Horgan can assist you in achieving this goal in a pragmatic, straight forward and timely way.
Key steps in the process always include:
- Determining the most appropriate exit mechanism
- Gathering support for your plan
- Reviewing your business to maximise value
- Assisting with the mechanics of the deal and negotiations
- Helping you think about what next
We are agnostic to the exit mechanism chosen – we help you decide the best route for you - free of vested interests.
We operate in an inclusive manner – working with you, your family, staff, lawyer and accountant to get the best possible outcome.
Strategy is nothing more complicated than making a long term plan for your business, having taken into account the environment you operate in. The keys are choosing what not to do, and implementing the plan.
Morrison Horgan can assist you in:
- Development of that plan
- Working out how to pay for it
- Dividing it into manageable chunks to implement
- Holding you to account on its implementation and success
Whatever field your business is operating in, you want to make sure
your finances are well structured and in good order.
Morrison Horgan can help you achieve this by enhancing:
- Cost structure
- Cash management
- Balance Sheet structure including assistance with bank negotiations
"Oxford Women's Health engaged Morrison Horgan to take us through a strategic planning and review process. The experience has been invaluable. Both Sinead and Kate are thorough, well-prepared, objective and professional, and not afraid to ask the questions that count. Several clinicians had worked with them previously through Morrison Horgan’s charitable work and been very impressed. Our personal experience confirms this."
